本发明公开了一种高强度固态电解质膜的制备方法和应用,将聚合物溶解在溶剂中,搅拌得到均一的聚合物溶液,然后加入锂盐、纳米陶瓷颗粒、离子液体和增塑剂,得到均匀的粘稠混合溶液,将无纺布浸泡在混合溶液中,充分吸收后真空干燥,最后将电解质膜进行热压,得到高强度固态电解质膜。本发明的电解质膜具有高的机械强度、室温离子电导率,与直接经过溶液浇筑得到的聚合物电解质膜相比,机械强度得到较大提升。制备工艺简单,可进行大规模生产,且本发明的高强度固态电解质膜应用于锂离子电池具有良好的电化学性能。
