Abstract:
Two-dimensional models of pyroelectric thin film infrared detectors with different structures are built and their thermal analyses are performed according to their structure and test conditions by utilizing ANSYS. The temperature distribution of detectors is obtained. The influence of thermal insulation layer of multilayer pyroelectric thin film infrared detector on temperature distribution is analyzed and its performance compared with that of micro-bridge structure.
