But according the condition of plant management ,there are questions in different degree whether the orgnezation of plant management,or the management of professional work.These questions cause plant accident and abstruct couldn’t be put an end,it’s difficult for these to content the require of company production development quickly.there is important actuality meaning analyzing and optimalize reaserching to these questions to improve the level of Xinxing Pipes management and strengthen the comprehensive competition power.According the investigation and analysis of present situation based Xinxing Pipes plant management,we think,the present orgnezation of Xinxing Pipes plant management is not reasonable,the equipment model selection is not scientific,the standard and method in chosing supply businessmen during plant purchase are not suitable,and there is questions in the management of plant maintain contracted by others. The traditional management design can not adapt the needs of Xinxing Pipes development.On the base of reaserching new theory and technique about plant management national and foreign,according the realistic military situation of Xinxing Pipes,we bring out using Life Cycal Cost(L.C.C)theory to settle the principle of model selection in design and purchase procedures, and we suggest the new theory of using Supply Chain Manangenment design, to optimalize plant purchase and supply businessman. In chosing the supply businessmen we ues the AHP administrative leveis analyzing.and we have made optimalize reaserch to the plant maintain contrated by others.In the end,we give the suggestion manipulatebal to the guarantee measures of optimalizing plant management.According the analysis above,we get the conclusion,Using scientific way to analysis the questions and optimalize reaserch to the plant management of Xinxing Pipes could improve the whole level of plant management,reduce the plant accidents happen,cut down the cost of plant maintion,and even strengthen the comprehensive competition power of Xinxing Pipes.
