With the rapideconomic development, companies are confronted of increasingly competitive environment. In order to better instruct employees and improve the working efficiency, companies should pay more attention to the human resource management. Performance management is the focus of human resource management. Using performance evaluation to improve performance management and optimize the configuration of performance management is essential to companies’ sustainable development and improvement in economic and service capability.
This essay researches the performance evaluation hierarchy of HC highway operation management company Toll station leaders. Firstly, the related theories and methods are described, and the current situation of performance evaluation is analyzed in terms of the contents, configuration, period and application of performance evaluation. After then, questionnaire survey is used to figure out current problems and the corresponding reasons. Through the analysis of company strategic objectives and responsibility of toll station leaders, the performance evaluation is designed by using KPI, objective management and multidimensional performance management. The weights are calculated using the analytic hierarchy process and criteria is confirmed. Finally, the perforemer,period and communication of performance evaluation are designed.The results and application of performance evaluation are come up with,together with corresponding safeguarding measures.
