Translated Abstract
Subcontract is an effective means for our aviation industries to improve the technical capability and management level. It is also an effective approach for our aviation industries to integrate into international aviation industry chain. However, currently for aviation subcontract businesses in China, especially the new product development, there are many issues, such as lack of preliminary planning and risk identification and anticipation. These issus affect and constrain the development of subcontract businesses and need to be resovled in short time.
In this thesis, the risk management of subcontract sensor product development project in A Company is studied. Firstly, the basic stiation of subcontract production in A company is introduced and then the research subject is raised and the research significance and mentality and method and the structure of the thesis are basically introduced. The relevant theories and methods home and abroad are summarized. Then the basic situation of the project is introduced. The product development project management system and technical processes are analyzed. According to the product development technical process, the project risks are classified of three types, that is, risks in prepareation stage, risks in product development stage and risks in product delivery stage. Specifically, 11 risk events are identified, such as purchase order review, etc. Then, 71 risk events covering 5 similar self-designed product development projects are collected in this thesis and summary and analysis are made for these risk events to establish the project risk evaluation system.
Secondly, based on the results of risk identification, qualitative analysis of risk consequences, case analysis and research questionnaire methods are used to analyze and evaluate the project risks. Then the risk factors are ranked to draw the conclusion that the risk factors with higher risk effects are purchase order review risk, specification understanding risk, requirement analysis risk, purchasing risk, project management people and operator risk. The conclusion also shows that the risks with higher effects are those in the preparation stage and the product development stage.
Lastly, based on the results of risk identification and analysis, the risk control and management measures are made for this project. Upon the completion of the project, the risk events that actually happened in this project are counted and compared with those of the similar self-designed product development projects. The result shows that the risk events in this project obviously decreased, which verifies the effectiveness of risk management in this thesis.
The research results in this thesis not only provide the direct guidance for the risk control and management of subcontract sensor product development project in A company, but also gives references for other similar companies to conduct the subcontract product development project risk management.
