In recent years, employee deviant behavior which is a negative extra-role behavior has become the issues concern to the research field of organizational behavior and human resource management. In fact, the incidence of employee deviant behavior is norm in business operation, and it would have an impact on the individual‘s job performance, but also bring certain loss to the enterprise, and have a significant influence on the Enterprise‘s good operation, so deviant behavior of employees has a important significance to study.This research focuses on the influencing factors of employee deviance, explores the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice to deviant behavior, and introduces the organizational identification as the moderate variable. First, according to the social exchange theory, analyzes the influence of organizational justice on employee deviance, and the moderate effect of organizational identification to the relationship of organizational justice and employee deviance, on this basis, constructs of the logical model of this study. Secondly, through a concrete analysis of the relationship of distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and employee deviant behavior ,and the moderating effect of organizational identification on the relationship of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice to deviant behavior, raises a clear research hypothesis of this article.Again, according to research hypotheses, designs a Measurement scale to obtain research data, using multiple regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods to analyze and test hypotheses. Study found that,the procedural justice and interactional justice in organization justice have negative influence on the organizational deviant behavior. Distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have negative influence on the interpersonal deviant behavior. Organizational identification has played a significant negative moderating role in the process of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice affect employee deviant behavior.Finally, based on the conclusions, presents management recommendations which can help reduce employee deviant behavior,also indicates the lack of this paper, and put forward to future research.
