The paper intigratedly study the SHITAI KEZHUAN 7 railway project schedule problem.Firstly,the paper refered the study production of project schedule problem around international,and researched the reality of SHITAI KEZHUAN 7 railway project program,analyzed the variable influence factor of project schedule,based on the work above,the mathematic model of the MAX-NPV of SHITAI KEZHUAN 7 railway project program is established.then,use the knowledge learned,designed the simulated annealing method for the model of MAX-NPV problem,and calculated the mathematic model,as the result,the net present value of SHITAI KEZHUAN 7 railway project program increased ¥571,8900,is 111.039% of that under the original project schedule.At same time,analyzed the result calculated,get the conclusion:based on the sequence on schedule chart,get the key event finished earlist,to get the payment from owner earlist,get the orther event finished latest,to defer the payment of cost.at this conclusion,the project can get the bigger NPV earnings.So,the paper find the reason of the problem in the project schedule management that the manager unrealized,and proposed the method to settle the problem,compared the real change in project,we can see,it improved the project management,and get a better earnings.
