Electric Power industry is the important basic industries of the national economy, and focal point and look-ahead industry in the national economic development strategy. The advanced technician are the core force that electric enterprise’s can be survived and developed in the fierce market competition, but electric enterprises of our country face talent‘s severe situation in short of the advanced technician at present.This dissertation takes Xi’an baqiao thermoelectric power plant as an example, has developed the problem and carried on research to the technical training and professional qualification promote system of production technician. This dissertation adopt the method of questionnaire investigation to investigate the technical training and professional qualification promote system of production technician of Xi’an baqiao thermoelectric power plant at first, and find the existing question of Xi’an baqiao thermoelectric power plant about the the technical training and professional qualification promote system of production technician. Then, this dissertation has studied the Xi’an baqiao thermoelectric power plant the management of technology training, including the training demand analyze, the management of training implement and the training effect measure. Finally, this dissertation has studied the job professional qualification evaluation of the advance technician, including the improved thinking of the job professional qualification evaluation concretely, the evaluation index is improved, and the weight of index based on AHP is designed. Through this research, try to improve Xi’an baqiao thermoelectric power plant the technical training and professional qualification promote system of production technician.
