In the background of the current rapid of Internet, technology has developed and the number of Internet users has been increasing rapidly, Internet public opinion has become a new trend for public to express their opinions, and supervise judicial adjudication. The Internet public opinion, as an addition to the existing forms of supervision to promote judicial work to be more independent and impartial, also it has promoted the construction of social legal system improved in further way. However, because it lacks communication between the justice Department and the public, and negative impact of the individual cases, internet public opinion to promote the media trial phenomenon occurred frequently, the trial independence and justice have been seriously affected. Therefore, the research of internet public opinion on judicial resolution negative influence, to ensure that freedom of citizen’s expression in law and freedom of media news, and also protect the independence, impartiality, authority of judicial trial activities, has very important practical significance and political significance.
The article, which begins with the content of Internet opinions influence on judicial trial, is aimed at in-depth discussing the relationship between the study of Chinese internet public opinion and the judicial trial, by studying many actual cases. Also, reference to true experience, the negative impact to explore China’s internet public opinion to the judicial trial , such as public opinion trial interfering judicial independence ，the non-rational opinions are in any forms of sabotaging the justice，or extreme internet opinions challenging trial authority. By analyzing all the negative influential factors, solutions of how to strengthen the benign interaction between public opinion and judicial, deepening the response and guide on internet opinions, and vigorously promote the three aspects of judicial credibility could be worked out, finally, explore the internet of public opinions and judicial benign relationship.
When facing the pressure of internet public opinion, the judicial personnel need the all judicial staff to hold the bottom line of the law, and maintain the authority of law. At the same time, we should perfect the legislation of internet, regulate the internet behavior, correctly guide public opinion in the internet, and to eliminate its negative effects, but to exerts positive effect, also provide a good opinion about internet environment for the Chinese Legislative construction.
